7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, a product with a manufacturing defect, or if you simply change your mind after receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (where applicable). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged product, incorrect item, or manufacturing defect, Chic Choice will cover the return shipping cost. For returns requested due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued through one of the following methods, depending on your preference and eligibility: Bank Transfer, Nayapay, Sadapay, Raast, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any product-specific exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

Exchange Requests

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please contact us within the 7-day return period. Subject to stock availability, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange.
